Yoga 101 - Workshop
If you love your regular yoga practice, either at home, in class or at events and retreats this is for you. This a chance to hone in on some of the most important, basic and most used poses (asanas). To help your body mould into with perfect posture to suit your body. What looks like perfection on Instagram or in your yoga book, might feel right to you or you can’t seem to get into, but each body is different and each body as their own limits and restrictions, this workshop is to help you make simple adjustments to help you expand into each pose in a way that works best for you.
What To Expect
Benefits of yoga and a short introduction
Perfecting certain poses
1 on 1 work
Talking in detail about what is going on in the body during each pose
Knowledge on complications and inner restrictions (due to injury) and how adjust
Deep meditation to finish and connect with the body.
This is NOT a ‘zen out be in bliss mode’ event. We will have moments of bliss, but the focus is to help you strengthen your knowledge on your yoga poses both physically and mentally.
Please note - This will be limited to 8 participants. I will send an email to attendees with full details on what to wear, take and any other imports things to note.
